If you are not satisfied with your Bona purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Returns are accepted at any time, with a receipt within 5 years of the manufacturer’s date code. Simply email us at uscallcenter@bona.com or call 877-289-2662. We will refund the cost of your purchase with a valid receipt and returned product. Please keep in mind, we do not cover or reimburse return shipping costs. Limitations apply.
