Voices From Our Team
At Bona, collaboration is not just a practice; it’s a mindset. Here’s what some of our team members have to say about what makes working here truly special:
“We win as a team when everyone is engaged. Bringing people into the decision-making process builds trust and ownership. For me, even my commute is a chance to connect with colleagues across the globe—I chat with our European teammates on my way to work and catch up with the West Coast team during my drive home. It’s a surprisingly effective way to stay connected.” - Kevin, USA
“Collaboration comes naturally to some, but it’s something we actively nurture in others. Moving away from a ‘that’s not my job’ mindset to a sense of shared ownership is what creates real teamwork. That’s where innovations and progress happen.” - Marie, Sweden
“Focusing on collaboration and trust has been transformational for our team in Iberia. Our strong connections helped us turn a period of declining sales into consistent growth. That teamwork and unity are things our customers feel too, and it’s what sets us apart in the market.” - Luis, Spain/Portugal
