Resilient floors

This system not only helps you clean and maintain rubber, vinyl and PVC surfaces but also lets you totally transform them, usually at around half the cost of replacing them with a new floor.
Impact Sound Reduction

With Bona’s underlayment U300 the impact sound is significantly reduced, and quality of life is greatly improved. The Bona U300 decouples the pathway and reduces the transmission of sound. It is also useful for light stress decoupling to improve a construction with weak substrates.

To improve the stripping process, Bona Diamond Blades provide an efficient solution. The diamond discs enable the removal of resilient floor coatings significantly faster than many standard methods. The process can be carried out mechanically and may reduce the need for chemical strippers while also using less water.

IVL Report
For years, Bona has seen the resource saving benefits of properly maintaining and renovating floors. The environmental effects of renovating rather than replacing are clear.
But few studies have quantified and verified the positive effects. Until now. Recently, Bona initiated an ambitious project together with the IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute, to find out the hard facts.
Bona Commercial System
Every day, a significant amount of dirt and microorganisms are accumulated in the tiny scratches and joints of flooring surfaces.
Reducing this build-up of contamination is fundamental to prolonging the life of a floor. Bona has state-of-the art solutions, uniquely developed for wooden and resilient floors, to accomplish this. It's called the Bona Commercial System.
TRBA 250 test
We commissioned a study on use of the Bona Commercial System in hygiene-relevant areas; on vinyl flooring in particular.
The test was carried out in conjunction with the IFR Institute in Germany. Its purpose was to prove that a smooth, joint-free LVT surface can be created by simply overcoating with Bona Pure, according to the German regulations of TRBA 250.
