Make your outdoor deck last longer
When you have cleaned your outdoor deck with the help of Bona Decking Reviver, it’s a good idea to apply decking oil to make it last longer. The Bona Decking Oil contains modified vegetable oils that penetrate and protect the wood. It will keep your deck protected against cracks, the bleaching UV radiation from the sun, and the damaging effects of water. The oil fills the pores of the wood so that moisture can not penetrate it. Algae and black mold need water to grow but the oil will help prevent that from happening.

Preparations
Make sure you rinse off the deck thoroughly with water after using the Bona Decking Reviver. Then you need to wait for the deck to dry. It may take a day or two before you can apply the oil, depending on how sunny it is outside. If you rush things, there could be water left deep inside the wood that will inhibit the penetration of the oil. Follow the application instructions on the can.
