Cost-effective usage for more square meters
Using Bona Smart-Pack is a cost-effective way to get more square metres out of the adhesive. With no pre-hardening in the tubular bags, nearly all the contents can be used, which saves money. Resealing the tubular bag with a zip-tie will preserve left-over adhesive for the next job.
Always fresh adhesive
With Bona Smart-Pack you will always have fresh adhesive. Using adhesives in tubular bags means there is no pre-hardening and minimal waste to dispose of before starting the work. The result is an optimised use of the adhesive content, generating cost savings and more square metres out of the package.*
Resealable pack
The Bona Smart-Pack can easily be resealed with a zip-tie. This means it is possible to preserve left-over adhesive for a longer time without the risk of losing material due to pre-hardening. Perfect to save for the next job.
Install more square metres
Buckets usually leave some residue that cannot be used. Up to 1 kg, on average, remains in the emptied bucket. With tubular bags, nearly all content can easily be squeezed out and used, leaving more adhesive to work with and a cost-efficient handling.

A customer purchased 50 000 kg of adhesive over the course of a year. This adds up to approximately 3334 adhesive buckets. If the customer had used Bona Smart-Pack instead, they would have saved an impressive 223 buckets of silane adhesives, as each bucket typically leaves behind an average of 1 kg of residue.

The new transport box makes the adhesive easy to transport and carry. For convenient handling, we now also offer smaller and shorter tubular bags, making adhesives easy to apply in a new modern way of working.
Cleaner floor installation
Working with tubular bags reduces spillage, ensuring a clean floor installation. Just use the Bona extraction tool to press out the adhesive quickly and easily, and keeping your hands clean. When done, simply protect your leftovers by sealing the tubular bag with a zip-tie, eliminating the need for or a protective foil as buckets have.
Easier transportation
With the new transport box, which contains three tubular bags weighing 6 kg each, it is possible to carry more at a time when unloading. It is also easier to pack efficiently since the square-shaped boxes are smaller and easier to stack.
More convenient work
The new shorter tubular bags, being only 48 cm, are easy to handle when applying the adhesive. They also offer the possibility to squeeze out exactly the amount needed for the job. The 1.5 kg markings on the side of the transport box allow you to easily measure how much is left in the tubular bag

The new Bona Smart-Pack contributes to reduced environmental impact by reducing plastic use, transport space and weight. Nearly all the adhesive content can be used with minimal residue wasted, and a small piece of crumbled foil is left once finished.
