Integrated dust extraction system
The Bona Flexisand is equipped with an integrated dust extraction system that captures dust right where it’s created. The channel in the chassis, directs the dust towards the extraction system for a cleaner and more comfortable sanding experience.
The dust ring integrated in the machine prevents fine dust from entering the circulating air.
Easy connection to a DCS
You can easily connect the integrated dust tube to an external dust containment solutions; Bona DCS 70, DCS 50, or use the Bona Flexivacuum for an even more hassle-free operation during fine or intermediate sanding.

Optimal dust airflow
The off-centred placement of the sanding discs when assembled, together with increased space between sanding discs and chassis, and dust air flow optimization, leads to 30% more efficient dust pickup with optimal dust reduction. In addition, the dust skirt improves the efficient dust pickup even more.
Efficient dust pickup
The shape of the sanding arm allows a function for showing in which direction to move the machine (from left to right). This operating mode supports the desired air flow of the dust which leads to more efficient dust pickup.

Dust brushes on both the front and side cover enables efficient dust pickup and secure that fine dust will be picked up by the DCS, rather than into the air, providing you with a healthy working environment.
Easy DCS connection
The integrated connector enables the machine to be connected to all possible dust containment solutions; Bona DCS 70, DCS 50, standard dust bag and disposable dust bag. The connector ensures that these different options are easily attached and can be used hassle-free, without any alterations.
