Overview
After years of heavy foot traffic and exposure to harsh chemicals, Middlemore's floor was starting to look worn down and lose its grip. Look Floors, a flooring company that was trained in applying the Bona Commercial System Resilient Solution, took the opportunity afforded by Middlemore's flooring dilemma to demonstrate how quickly and efficiently they could transform the existing resilient floor into a brand new looking floor while also sealing the surface against micro-organisms for future protection.
The Process
The cleaning procedure started with the application of Bona Remove R with a combination of Bona Flexisand and Bona Diamond Abrasives. Next, the floor was cleaned with a Bona Power Scrubber, and the surface was neutralized with water, before being cleaned one more time with Bona Power Scrubber. Once the floor was completely clean and dry, two coats of Bona Pure Colour were applied. Finally, two coats of Bona Pure Extra Matt were applied for long-lasting durability.
