The Denver Art Museum - Fredric C. Hamilton Building

The Denver Art Museum opened Denver's newest landmark, the Fredric C. Hamilton Building in the fall of 2006. Inspired by the light and geology of the Rockies and the people of Denver, Daniel Libeskind collaborated with Denver-based Davis Partnership Architects, to create a unique space to host large traveling exhibitions and galleries. The area showcases more of the museum's permanent collections, including modern and contemporary, western American, African and Oceanic art.

The Bona Atomic Dust Containment System and four coats of Bona Traffic (Commercial Satin) were used to protect the floors from the estimated one million annual visitors to the museum. Working under very specific "green building" requirements from the museum, the Bona system was selected for its performance, aesthetics and indoor air quality benefits.
